After Cleaning, The Workpiece Can Be Dried By Large Volume Of Cold Air And Heated For Drying, So That The Workpiece Is Dry Before Tempering.

The Heated Workpiece Is Operated By The Stepless Speed Regulating Mesh Belt To Control That The Heated Workpiece Is Automatically Sent To The Quenching Oil Tank Through The Blanking Portal Along With The Mesh Belt. The Cooling Time Of The Workpiece In The Oil Tank Can Be Adjusted To Change The Speed Of Lifting The Mesh Belt. The Quenching Process Can Be Improved By Adjusting The Speed Of Forgetting The Belt For Large Or Small Workpieces.
