The natural gas and combustion supporting air are mixed in the burner first after being introduced into the burner, and then sprayed for combustion. The combustion gas heats the workpiece in the furnace and enters the flue, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The furnace is composed of furnace, metal furnace frame, burner, furnace door, flue and flue gate for regulating furnace pressure.
Used for stress relief and heat treatment heating after metal forging, normalizing, annealing and quenching heating, tempering and aging heating.
Used for baking of melt casting molding shell and enamel baking.
