Natural Gas Annular Heating Furnace

A water - cooled partition structure of Yiran annular heating furnace, including furnace top, furnace bottom, and partition wall connected with furnace side. A certain thickness of outer edge is added at the lower part of the partition wall near the top of charging door. The upper edge of the outer edge forms a hawk mouth shape. A groove is formed at the junction of the upper and lower parts of the partition wall. Prefabricated hanging bricks matching the groove are hooked at the groove. The effect is to transform the water - cooled partition wall structure at the charging and discharging doors of the annular furnace into a brick hanging structure between the bottom, which is easy to replace and construct, and improves the operation safety of the furnace. The service life of the refractory material at the lower part of the discharge end partition wall is increased, the heat insulation effect is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
